Ghosted is fermented ghost pepper slow-cooked with sticky Medjool dates, tangy tamarind and nutty sherry vinegar. Sweet, salty and savory up front, with a slow burn that sneaks up on you. Small batch, limited release: when it's gone, it's gone.
