"Mental Mustard" (Tangy Habanero Mustard)

Inspired by a local favorite, our Mental Mustard has the zap and tang of yellow mustard but is upgraded with fresh tangerines, brown sugar, and smoked paprika. We cook our Sweet Onions, Garlic, and Habaneros for hours to get the perfect infused flavor. We may be biased, but believe deep down in our peppery hearts it's so good it's mental!
